LEASING RIGHTS
If you buy beats from amoneybeats in the form of Leasing Rights, you are purchasing a legitimate license to the instrumental beat(s). If you Lease rap beats on this site you gain the right to sell up to 2,000 units over a song you record or for a project such as a mixtape. You do not gain the right to resell or redistribute the instrumental in any way. Also, we retain the right to sell unlimited leases until exclusive rights have been sold. If the beat contains any samples it is the responsibility of the artist (you, the customer) to clear the samples with appropriate parties. 

EXCLUSIVE RIGHTS 

Exclusive rights let the purchaser use the beat for any and all profitable projects. These rights can only be sold to one person. Once the beat is bought exclusively it is removed from the page/website and cannot be sold again.

CUSTOM BEATS 

This type of production is made for those who want a beat made from scratch. We will work with you on the beat so it can be made to your preference. Custom beats require a 50% deposit to get started. The down payment is not refundable but the second half of the payment is not paid until you are satisfied with the custom beat.
